We also suggest you research the make and model that you’re interested in before buying. There are so many online resources to help; manufacturers websites, expert and owner review, adverts and online videos are valuable tools to help you choose your perfect car.
What’s included in the health check?
All our cars are inspected by expects, so you can relax knowing they have been fully checked by reputable mechanics. Checks cover headlights, brakes, wiper blades, batteries and windscreen, as well as types, oil levels, screen wash and coolant levels.
Can I trust buying online without test-driving the car?
Whilst you are unable to test drive cars before purchasing them online, we can assure that you will be provided with an accurate and clear description of each car. The descriptions provided by us not only include the car’s basic details (make, model, year of registration, mileage, colour, and specification) but also give you an indication of the vehicle’s condition, so you know what to expect when you collect the car or arrives at your home.
How do I reserve a car so that no one else can buy it whilst I'm making up my mind?
At present we are not able to reserve a car for customers due to the volume of interest we receive daily. If you see a car that you like, contact us as soon as possible.
Can I buy the car for someone as a gift?
The car will be registered to the person purchasing it, therefore, if you wish to gift it to someone then you can transfer the ownership of the car once you receive your new V5C log book after purchase. Please be aware that you cannot finance a car for someone else.
What if the car arrives and there are imperfections to it which weren't highlighted to me at purchase?
If on the rare occasion that your car has been wrongfully graded, please give us a call and a member of our friendly team will assist you and rectify the situation.
What documents will I receive with the car?
You will receive a welcome pack from us in the post which will contain the service history included with your car. You should also receive in the post documents from the warranty company and the V5C log book from the DVLA.
Do you sell cars that have previously been written off?
Not at all. All our cars have been bought from trusted trade sources. None of our cars have been stolen, written off or classed as ‘scrap’ cars.
You mainly sell cars with one previous owner – why is that?
If you buy a car that’s just had one previous owner, there’s usually been a consistent approach to maintenance, care and driving styles. This means that the car is more dependable than if it had multiple owners. We do also sell cars with more previous owners, but only if we are confident that they are maintained in line with the manufacturer's guidelines.
I live in London – are your cars Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) compliant?
Yes. You won’t have to pay a fee if you enter the ULEZ zone with any of our cars.

Everything! Hatchbacks, SUVs, sedans, coupes, convertibles, crossovers, compacts and sports cars – we've got them all to suit every budget, taste and lifestyle. We’re always updating our stock to meet customer wants and needs.
Have all your cars been fully cleaned and sanitised?
Yes. All our vehicles have been cleaned inside and out by our service team. Contact areas such as the steering wheel, door handles, seats, gear sticks and interior fittings have been fully sanitised.
