How can I collect my car?

Once your car has had a full, comprehensive check by Halfords, you can either collect it from your nearest Halfords or arrange for it to be delivered straight to your door.

I would like my car delivered to my home. When will my car be delivered?

We usually deliver your car 7-10 working days after you have signed the order form and paid for the vehicle.

What days and times do you deliver?

Monday to Sunday, with delivery slots ranging from 8am until 8pm.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to any residential address in mainland Great Britain only, excluding The Highlands. If you have any queries, and you feel like you live in an excluded location, please call us to discuss.

What if my delivery address doesn’t match the address on my driver's license?

Due to fraud prevention measures, we can unfortunately only deliver a car to the address on your driver’s licence. Having these measures in place protects both you, as a buyer, and OMRG, as seller.

What happens when my car is delivered to me?

One of our friendly drivers will give you all the necessary paperwork and show you around your new car. They will help you to become familiar with the car’s features and controls, and point out any previously known imperfections.

Once you are comfortable with the car, you will be asked to sign to confirm that you have received the car and are satisfied with its condition and how it works.

What forms of ID or documents do I need when my car is delivered to me?

You will need your UK photo card driver’s license.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes, but you may have to pay a re-arrangement fee and further delivery costs if you have already signed the order form and paid for delivery. Please give us a call as soon as possible to rearrange delivery.

Can I have my car delivered to an address other than my home address and collected by a nominated person?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver cars to your registered home address. The person who bought the car needs to be present at delivery to verify their identity and sign the delivery note.
