Part exchange

Can I part exchange my existing car to OMRG Motors?

We welcome most cars. We aim to give a fair offer and this will be automatically applied to the price of the new car you are purchasing. We also promise not to add on any hidden charges, as long as your car meets the conditions you have declared. This will be further discussed during your phone call with a team member.

When will my part exchange be collected?

Your old car will usually be collected at the same time your new car is delivered.

How is my part exchange offer calculated?

We work closely with CAP Hpi, which is a company that gathers data on all makes and models in the UK.

What documentation do I need in order to part exchange my car?

We will ask some basic questions about the car and its history. You will need to provide us with a valid V5C logbook in your name and any other related documents, such as service and maintenance records.

I want to part exchange my car but I've lost my V5C. What should I do?

You will need to fill out a V62 form and submit it to the DVLA to request a new V5C log book. We will be unable to accept your car as a part exchange without a valid V5C log book in your name.
